At Inpokulis our mission is to break down communications barriers and to make every aspect of private, social and business life smoother at local, regional, national, international and global level, always aiming to exceed the expectations of our customers and suppliers and guaranteeing sustainable growth with ethics, commitment, dedication, and greater competence and quality in the provision of our services. We aim to achieve this goal by means of the quality and continuous improvement that will result from our Translation Service Management System.

QUALITY POLICY
INPOKULIS, Traduções e Eventos Unipessoal Lda, has been operating in the field of translation since 1999. Our aim has always been to provide our customers with the highest quality service, fulfilling the agreed terms and conditions for every project in their entirety.
For Inpokulis, successfully achieving its business and quality goals necessarily implies a series of internal principles and values which serve as a springboard enabling us to simultaneously satisfy not only the company’s interests, but also those of our collaborators, and our suppliers and their customers.
Since quality is fundamental to the development and sustained growth of the company, certification under norm EN 15038:2006 was considered at a very early stage to be an essential tool that would enable us to guarantee control of our working procedures and continuous improvement, promote ever-increasing customer satisfaction levels, encourage the formation of successful partnerships, and always strive for the development and satisfaction of our collaborators in an atmosphere of social responsibility. To this end, the Company has defined the following Quality Policy:
To guarantee conditions that will enable us to have a highly motivated team of collaborators who are competent, pro-active, determined, innovative and professionally supportive; whose relationship with each other, and with suppliers and their clients, is built on a foundation of total transparency, trust, ethics and loyalty; and where everyone fulfils their promises and does what they say they will do;
To promote the continued professional development of our collaborators, providing them with the training, means and responsibilities needed for them to be able to do their job in accordance with the established performance standards;
To guarantee compliance with the Management System implemented with a view to achieving in-house efficiency and the continuous improvement of the efficacy and appropriateness of the services we provide;
To carefully monitor market demands in respect of customer requirements and expectations, the identification of new business areas, and the continual updating of technology;
To adopt a very strongly customer orientated attitude, with a view to achieving recognition as a supplier of quality services, encouraging partnership relationships with the customer and guaranteeing excellent support and follow-through for every project:
To encourage the formation of partnerships with other companies operating in the sector, located in different countries and/or specialising in specific fields, enabling us to penetrate niche markets and/or other overseas markets, whilst always maintaining the quality of the services provided.
QMS (Quality Management System) – EN 15038:2006
Our Quality Management System was drawn up in line with the directives of EN15038:2006 (the European Norm that regulates the provision of translation services).
Our Certification Audit took place on the 9th of November 2009.
Certification should be granted by the end of 2009.
Plans for a future with ever-increasing quality: To guarantee continuous improvement, to grow while maintaining quality, and to obtain certification under ISO9001.
